What you’ll need

Protein Pancake Mix

½ cup Protein Pancake Mix


½ cup water

For the decoration

mixed fruits

to serve fruit

chocolate chips

to serve chocolate chips

maple syrup

to serve maple syrup


Pre-heat a lightly greased non-stick frying pan to medium heat.


In a mixing bowl stir all ingredients with a whisk until the batter is combined with no lumps.


Spoon the batter into the frying pan and form one large circle, one medium circle and two small circles.


Cook on low-medium heat for 90 seconds until bubbles form on top or until golden brown on one side. Flip and continue to cook for 90 seconds or until golden brown.


Arrange the pancakes so the large circle is the face, the medium circle is the nose and the two small circles are the ears.


Use fruit and chocolate chips to make eyes and a nose, and top with maple syrup and extra fruit, enjoy!
