Our Story

Our products are the first (and only) 100% Australian-owned and made range of flours and specialty baking products. We are also the first range of flours to be fortified by vitamins and nutrients for optimal health.

Coming from Australian, family-owned Manildra Group, consideration into the products and technologies we use is our focus. We use the finest Australian ingredients and all production is undertaken at Australia’s biggest flour mill in Manildra, New South Wales.
