The Healthy Baker Flours

The Healthy Baker flours are milled from premium 100 per cent GMO-free Australian wheat that has been carefully selected, triple-sifted and unbleached. The Healthy Baker Self Raising, Plain and Wholemeal flours are produced at Australia’s biggest flour mill, our state-of-the-art flagship Manildra facility in the heart of the Central West wheatbelt of New South Wales.

The Healthy Baker Protein Range

Health-conscious consumers now have the perfect baking addition with Manildra Group’s protein-packed range. All products are made from 100 per cent Australian GMO-free wheat, without artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. With 15 grams of protein per serve in The Healthy Baker Pancake Mix and 10 grams of protein in our The Healthy Baker Protein Muffin Mix, customers can expect a nourishing boost.
