What you’ll need
1 ½ cups Protein Pancake Mix
1 ½ cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
To serve
to serve mixed berries
to serve melted chocolate
to serve yoghurt
to serve mint

In a mixing bowl, whisk the pancake mix, water and vanilla together until the mixture is smooth.

Melt some butter in a pan and use the mixture to form 1 extra large pancake.

When bubbles form on the top and the pancake is golden on the underside, carefully flip it and cook it on the other side.

Drizzle with melted chocolate, dollop with yoghurt and sprinkle across mixed berries, sprinkles and mint leaves before cutting into slices.
