What you’ll need

flour

2 cups The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

sea salt

¼ teaspoon sea salt

demerara sugar

¾ cup coconut sugar

brown sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

chocolate chips

1 cup chocolate chips

coconut oil

½ cup melted coconut oil

vanilla essence

½ teaspoon vanilla essence

Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Combine the flour, baking powder, coconut sugar, brown sugar and vanilla essence together then add and fold in the melted coconut oil with a spatula.

Add in the chocolate chips and gently combine them with your spatula.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and form a cookie dough ball with your hands.

Place them on your baking tray and slightly flatten them down with your fingers.

Bake for 12 minutes, then set aside to cool.
