Burnt Butter Choc Chip Cookie Spread

Impress your friends with our very own Biscoff spread at home, using our ultimate chocolate chip cookies! Make this moreish treat by combining crushed cookie pieces, cream, butter, vanilla and milk. Enjoy the Burnt Butter Choc Chip Cookie Spread with ice cream, pancakes, toast, or by the spoonful! You can leave it smooth, or add some extra crumbled up cookies at the end for a crunchy spread.
What you’ll need
310g Burnt Butter Choc Chip Cookies
30g unsalted butter, softened
100mL double cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ tablespoon milk
Place the cookies into the bowl of a food processor and blitz until they form very fine crumbs.
Add the butter, cream and vanilla extract. Blitz until the mixture will no longer combine.
Add the milk in gradually as the food processor is running, and continue to blitz the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and the cookie butter is smooth and has a spreadable consistency.
Store in a 500ml capacity jar in the fridge.
