Great with pre-dinner drinks, these are easy, moreish and always a hit.
Preheat oven to 200C and line two baking trays with paper.
Place the butter, flour, cheese, cayenne pepper and salt in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add a tablespoon of ice cold water and blitz again until mixture just comes together.
Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and roll out into a large rectangle, about 1cm thick. Cut into long strips, about 1cm wide and arrange these on the baking trays.
Sprinkle with the extra parmesan and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
