What you’ll need

Wholemeal Plain Flour Mix

1 ½ cup Wholemeal Plain Flour Mix

salt

1 teaspoon + extra for dusting salt

flax seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

dried thyme

1 tablespoon dried thyme

garlic dried

1 tablespoon garlic powder

poppy seeds

2 teaspoon poppy seeds

sesame seeds

2 teaspoon sesame seeds

pepitas

2 tablespoon pepitas

water

½ cup water

oil

5 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat the oven to 170C.

In a food processor or blender, blend the oats to a fine flour. Pour oat flour into a bowl and then add in salt, flour, flax seed, thyme, garlic powder, and seeds. Stir to combine.

Then add in the water and olive oil. Fold with a wooden spoon to become a dough, then use your hands to bring it together. If the dough feels too dry, add 1 Tbsp water at the time. Tip out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2 mins until it is smooth.

Cut the dough into two even pieces and then using a rolling pin to roll them out to 2mm thickness. Cut into desired shapes and place on a lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10-12mins. Dust with sea salt.
