2 slices bread
to spread butter
1 slice prosciutto
2 slices brie cheese
to spread quince paste
Take two buttered pieces of bread and lay one piece on your pre-heated sandwich press.
Top with a slice of prosciutto, a few slices of quince paste and brie.
Cook in your press until golden and crunchy on the outside.
