Ingredients

  • 2 cups The Healthy Baker Self Raising Flour
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon auzure Canola Oil, plus more for frying
  • ⅔ cup water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with your fingers until a dough is formed.

Turn out to a lightly floured work surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.

Let the dough rest for five minutes then break off little balls, roll out to thin rounds (about the thickness of a $2 coin).

Heat a little oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat and cook the tortillas, one or two at a time, for a minute or so on each side, or until puffed and just turning a little golden.
