Kale and Chorizo Calzone

Kale and chorizo is a great flavour combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon auzure Canola Oil
  • 2 handfuls kale, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup chorizo, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 cup feta
  • 1 quantity pizza dough

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Roll out pizza dough until you have a disc about 4 mm thick.

Heat a little Canola Oil in a frying pan over medium and add the chorizo.

Fry for a few minutes then add the kale and garlic and cook for a few more minutes, until the kale is soft and the garlic aromatic.

Spread mixture across half of the pizza dough, sprinkle over the fetta and fold the other half of dough over the top, crimping the edges to seal.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
