Homemade Seed Bread and Tomato Soup Thermomix

The perfect winter lunchtime warmer. Warm seeded bread and butter are the perfect accompaniment.
What you’ll need
1 ½ cups warm water
¼ cup black treacle
2 teaspoon dried instant yeast
3 ⅓ cups The Healthy Baker Plain Flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup wheat bran
¼ cup linseeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup poppy seeds
3 tablespoon auzure Canola Oil
¼ cup pepitas
1 round loaf of bread
Place all the ingredients, except the pepitas, into mixing bowl and knead for 2½ min/closed lid position/interval.
Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Form dough into a rough oval and place on baking tray.
Sprinkle with the pepitas. Leave in a warm place (for proving) for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden and bottom sounds hollow when tapped.
