This is a lovely, simple recipe that is great for toasties, sandwiches and everyday goodness!
Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Using your electric mixer dough hook, mix for 10 minutes or until the yeast is activated and frothy.
Add remaining ingredients and knead for 5 minutes.
Turn dough out to a work surface, give a few more kneads and then transfer to a lightly oiled bowl.
Cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and gently transfer the dough into your prepared tin.
Preheat oven to 200C and leave dough to rise again for another 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Turn out of the tin and return to the oven for another 5 minutes so the sides and base become lovely and golden too.
