These Chai Apple Pancakes are so delicious and simple to make! They’ll provide a powerful protein hit this winter for when you need some comfort on a cold morning.
Pre-heat a lightly greased non-stick frying pan to medium heat.
In a mixing bowl stir Protein Pancake Mix, water, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves with a whisk until the batter is combined with no lumps.
For thicker pancakes simply add more dry mix or use less water when whisking the batter.
Spoon the batter into the frying pan and form a round shape to desired size.
Cook on low-medium heat for 90 seconds until bubbles form on top or until golden brown on one side. Flip and continue to cook for 90 seconds or until golden brown.
Whilst cooking the pancakes peel and dice 1 apple, cook in a saucepan over low-medium heat with a splash of water and sprinkle of cinnamon until soft.
Serve the stewed apples over the pancakes for the most delicious Chai Apple Pancakes!
