Ingredients

300ml full cream milk
150ml cream
6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
¼ cup caster sugar

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl. Cook 7 min/80C/speed 4. Pour into a glass jar and keep in the fridge until needed.
