Simple Vanilla Custard Thermomix

There is nothing like vanilla custard and this Thermomix recipe is so easy and delicious.

What you’ll need

milk

300ml full cream milk

sour cream

150ml cream

egg yolks

6 egg yolks

vanilla paste

1 teaspoon vanilla paste

caster sugar

¼ cup caster sugar

Combine all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl. Cook 7 min/80C/speed 4. Pour into a glass jar and keep in the fridge until needed.
