What you’ll need

flour

1 cup The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

sea salt

1 teaspoon sea salt

butter

220g cold unsalted butter, cubed

water

¼ cup ice cold water

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in the Thermomix bowl and chop on speed 5 for five seconds.

Add the butter and iced water and process on speed 4 for about 5 seconds, until mixture just comes together.

Turn out onto a work surface and bring together, then form the dough into a disc shape and place in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
