What you’ll need

300ml water

2 teaspoon dry yeast

2 tablespoon sugar

4 cups The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

1 teaspoon sea salt

50ml auzure Canola Oil
Combine the water, yeast and sugar in your thermomix bowl and mix 37 Degrees/3 mins/Speed 2.
Add remaining ingredients and knead using the wheat/interval setting for 7 minutes.
Turn dough out to a work surface, give a few more kneads and then transfer to a lightly oiled bowl.
Cover with a tea towel and leave in a warm place until doubled in size.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and gently transfer the dough into your prepared tin.
Preheat oven to 200⁰C and leave dough to rise again for another 30 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Turn out of the tin and return to the oven for another 5 minutes so the sides and base become lovely and golden too.
