Ingredients

  • 1 cup The Healthy Baker Self Raising Flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup blueberries, raspberries or chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 12 hole muffin tin.

Whisk together all the ingredients except for the berries or chocolate until you have a smooth batter.

Pour into the prepared tin, filling each hole 3/4.

Dot the tops with a few of your chosen topping then bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed up and golden.

Serve with a little warm honey and maple syrup.
