Packed with protein, our Muscle Hustle American Pancakes combine the best flavours of sweet and savoury! Made with our Protein Pancake Mix, these American style bacon and maple syrup pancakes will give your the protein boost needed to get through a long day!
What you’ll need
½ cup Protein Pancake Mix
½ cup water
6 rashes bacon
to serve maple syrup
Start by cooking the bacon to serve with your pancake.
Whilst the bacon is cooking pre-heat a lightly greased non-stick frying pan to medium heat.
In a mixing bowl stir all ingredients with a whisk until the batter is combined with no lumps. For thicker pancakes simply add more dry mix or use less water when whisking the batter.
Cook on low-medium heat for 90 seconds until bubbles form on top or until golden brown on one side. Flip and continue to cook for 90 seconds or until golden brown.
Serve with bacon and maple syrup for the perfect American Pancake!
