So easy to make, this delicious slice is a hit with adults and kids alike! Perfect for afternoon tea or bake sales, this passionfruit slice is great for the summer months.
Preheat oven to 180C and grease and line a 20x20cm slice tin.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to the slice tin and press down evenly.
Pop in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until pale golden in colour.
For the topping, mix together all ingredients. Spread this over the partially cooked base and return to the oven for 15-20 minutes or until just set.
Let cool then slice into squares.
