The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

¾ cup The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

rolled oats

½ cup oats

salt

pinch salt

baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

apple butter

⅓ cup apple sauce

peanut butter

⅓ cup smooth peanut butter

Preheat the oven to 170C and line an oven tray.

In a food processor, combine the flour, oats, salt and baking powder.

Add the apple sauce and peanut butter and process until a dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to approximately 0.5cm thickness.

Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter and place on the lined tray.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are crisp and golden brown.
