Makes 30 cookies
Soft, chewy and packed with colour, these Choc Chip Sprinkle Cookies are a fun twist on a classic. Loaded with chocolate chips and bright sprinkles, they’re quick to make and perfect for sharing. Whether it’s weekend baking, lunchbox treats or something sweet for a celebration, these cookies bring a little extra fun to every batch.
Preheat oven to 170°C and line baking trays with baking paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugars, vanilla and egg until smooth.
Add the flour and sift in the bicarb soda. Mix to combine, then stir through the choc chips and sprinkles.
Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up the dough.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place onto trays, leaving space for spreading.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden. Rotate trays halfway through if needed.
Cool on trays before transferring to an airtight container.
