What you’ll need

The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

2 cups The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

white fish fillets

190g tined tuna (with liquid included)

eggs

Preheat the oven to 170C and line an oven tray.

In a food processor, combine the flour, tuna and egg until a dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to approximately 0.5cm thickness.

Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter and place on the lined tray.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cookies are crisp and golden brown.
