Body Builder Banana and Hazelnut Muffins

Simple Banana and Hazelnut Muffins made with the delicious combo of banana and hazelnut. They’re also topped with a tasty dollop of nutella. These would be great for breakfast, brunch, or a quick snack!
What you’ll need
400g Protein Muffin Base Mix
1 cup water
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 banana sliced
8 teaspoon nutella
to serve roasted hazelnuts
Pre-heat the oven to 190oC (180oC fan-forced).
Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Muffin Base Mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs with electric mixer using the whisk attachment for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the banana then whisk for another 2 minutes, until the batter is combined with no lumps.
Add mixture to just under halfway up each lining, then add 1 tsp of Nutella in each muffin, then top with remaining mix and bake.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring onto a serving platter.
Top with Nutella, banana slices and roasted hazelnuts, enjoy!
