50g milk chocolate

ricotta cheese

1 dollop mascarpone

Take your two slices of bread buttered on one side, put one on your pre-heated sandwich press, spread with fig jam, sprinkle with finely chopped milk chocolate and a dollop of mascarpone then top with another slice of bread and toast until golden.
