What you’ll need

butter

125 g butter, softened

icing sugar

50 g icing sugar, sieved

flour

110 g The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

almond meal

50 g freshly ground almond meal

raspberry jam

½ cup raspberry jam

orange marmalade

½ cup orange marmalade

salt

pinch salt

Preheat oven to 180C and line a couple of trays with baking paper.

Beat butter and sugar in an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Stir in flour, a pinch of salt and the almond meal.

Roll into walnut-sized balls and place on the lined baking trays. Press down the centre of each ball of dough with your though to create an indent. Spoon a little jam or marmalade into each indent the bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
