What you’ll need

dry yeast

2 ½ teaspoon dry yeast

water

300mls water

oil

2 teaspoon auzure Canola Oil

salt

1 teaspoon salt

flour

3 ⅓ cups The Healthy Baker Plain Flour

Combine the yeast and water in your Thermomix 2 mins/speed 2/37 degrees.

Add all other ingredients and mix 2 mins/knead setting.

Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for a minute or two then place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a tea towel and set aside in a warm place for one hour.
